In March and October, the peak seasons of job hunting, effective browsing time of E-Recruiting increased largely, with a month-on-month rate of increase over 30%. Monthly effective browsing time of October reached 21.44 million hours, exceeding 20 million hours for the first time.

Www.51job.com, www.zhaopin.com and www.ChinaHR.com accounted for 20% market share respectively in terms of effective browsing time. The time used to navigate these three webs totals up to 66% of the whole E-Recruiting market browsing time, while the market shares of all the other websites under 7%. IResearch believed that it's very hard for any other website to impose challenges to the three websites mentioned above in the short term. And the highly centralized state of E-Recruiting will remain unchanged for a longer period of time.



iResearch found in reference to the latest data issued by iUserTracker that the Big Three of E-Recruiting£¬www.51job.com, www.zhaopin.com and www.ChinaHR.com, have by and large similar customer groups, yet with their own particular characteristics. Most of the E-Recruiting customers are aged 19 to 30. The analysis of the customers' age and profession diversity has led to the finding that www.ChinaHR.com enjoys greater popularity among student groups; by contrast, the customers of www.51job.com are comparatively older, and it's popular among marketing professionals and specialized personnel. The analysis of customers' regional distribution differences showed that customers in Beijing are more inclined to use www.zhaopin.com and www.ChinaHR.com, while customers in South China such as Shanghai and Guangdong tend to use www.51job.com. The number of www.zhaopin.com customers is proportionately a little larger than that of the other two in Sichuan Province.
